LAPTOPIA BG reserves the full right to change product prices shown in the site at any time. If there are any technical mistakes made during publishing of the site, LAPTOPIA BG has the right to deny fulfillment of the order. In such case the responsibility of LAPTOPIA BG is limited only with restoring the amount of money paid by the customer, if there is any.

The represented information and picture material concerning the offered goods and services are presented by the respective manufacturer or supplier. LAPTOPIA BG does not take responsibility about the content of this information, for data discrepancy, misleading or dishonest advertisement, according to the meaning of the Law for Customer Protection (LCP).

Ordering the different kinds and quantity of goods which are put in the basket, can be done using the button "END" in the order` s review. This action presents an expression of a will, which binds the client and LAPTOPIA BG with the force of a contract.

When the client is making an order he is obliged to write an e-mail, a phone number and an exact address for realization of the delivery. For issuing of an invoice, data for the company or PIN of the physical person should be written.

Writing of a wrong/incorrect address and/or phone number makes the order invalid and does not bind LAPTOPIA BG with the obligation of fulfillment the delivery.

Online orders are accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, without day off, but delivering is realized in working days from 10.30 a.m. to 6.00p.m. , and until 3 p.m. on Saturday (according to the schedules of the courier companies in Bulgaria). After receiving the order, an operator of LAPTOPIA BG phones to the given number in order to specify the available quantities and models of the ordered good and confirmation of its validity. Oral confirmation of the order is obligatory.

LAPTOPIA BG does not take responsibility in running out of the qualities for the given articles, certain sizes and colors. In case that it is not possible to provide the article that you want, we will inform you about that through a phone call or a letter, and we will offer you alternative combinations if there is such a possibility.

Do not disregard your rights!

A client, who ordered a good form the electronic shop of LAPTOPIA BG has the right to deny the receiving of the ordered good, without paying any compensation, in the following cases:

1. If the good or its package is damaged during transportation;

2. If the delivered good apparently does not correspond to the one ordered by the client and this can be established by a simple examination of the good;

3. If the conditions according article 54 from LPC are not kept:

- found something is missing;

- defective good;

- discrepancy with the declared commercial brand.

Reclamations according to the cases mentioned above can be done only at the time of delivery.

The client has the right to do reclamation in a period of 48 hours after receiving the good if it has a hidden defect which can not be established at the time of its receiving.
