Each order that is made has a several phases of fulfillment. Here you can learn about each step from the ordering until the receiving the product that you want .

Status of the orders

Unchecked – such an order is accepted successfully by the system and is due to be proceeded by our team.

Confirmed – in such an order we have already contacted the client to agree about the way of payment and the exact address.

Unconfirmed – when there is unconfirmed order, a contact between the client and our operator is still not done. This is in the cases when an incorrect phone number is written, or no one has answered our call. The order has the status "unconfirmed", until we reach the client.

Processed  - at this phase, the order is confirmed, packed and is due to be send.

Sent – the order is sent by a courier

Delivered – we have couriers` s confirmation that the delivery is successfully realized.

Returned – at such a status of the order, the product is returned to us. Possible situations: discrepancy between the order and the delivered product, discrepancy in the amount that has to be paid for the product, when it is not possible for the courier to deliver the package – the address is incorrect etc.

Denied – a denied order is the one, for you have said in advance that you do not want to buy this product .
